Are the gifts of spirit at work in our lives to the benefit of the church?
The Christian In Love Makes For A Church At Work
Jack Hibbs is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel, Chino
Review:
Just do it. It’s not about Nike, it’s about doing what the Holy Spirit is telling you to do. He’s going to push you. He’s going to say, “Take up your cross and follow Me.” No map. No GPS. “Follow me.”
“It will be impossible for your flesh but possible with God, and you will know it is Him.” — Jack Hibbs
We don’t choose our spiritual gift. It’s God’s choice. He gives. We obey.
Here’s a secret. I’ve never heard of Jack Hibbs before. I found him at calvarychapelpodcasting.com and picked this particular sermon. Good stuff. He’s a little intense. He’s a little funny, and he’s got something God’s given him to say. Highly recommended. The message is only 25 minutes. I listened to it twice.
“Today, at church, God put a spark under my rear end.”
